Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Used or opened products cannot be accepted for return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@reeleave.com.
Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. Once your request is reviewed, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect, defective, or damaged item).
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the estimated return shipping cost for confirmation.
After approval, a prepaid label or link will be provided, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once the item is received.
Please note: Delays caused by customs clearance, delivery refusals, or incorrect address information are outside of our control and not considered valid reasons for a return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or in the wrong color or variant, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right—either through a replacement or full refund.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, minus any applicable return shipping fees.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different product or color, please return your unused item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order separately once your refund has been processed.
Order Modification / Cancellation
Our fulfillment team processes orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it.
Once an order enters processing or has been shipped, we can no longer make changes.
Return Denial
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the guidelines above or are sent to any address other than the one provided by our support team.
